We receive digital artwork mockups, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), company emblems, and design requirements via our Custom Configurator. We guarantee that all uploaded logos are used strictly for printing stencils and digitizing embroidery stitch files for your specific order. We do not license, distribute, or share client design assets with any third-party marketing agencies.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact details: Name, business email, mobile number, and company name when submitting quotation requests.
• Sizing details: Quantities and sizes submitted during ordering.
• Logs: Standard browser cookies, IP addresses, and page navigation parameters for Google Web Vitals optimization.

3. Storage & Data Security

All contact details and invoice records are stored securely within our local ERP database. Access is restricted to accounts, logistics cargo partners, and digital design departments directly involved in processing your uniforms.
