Shipping & Cargo Logistics Policy

We coordinate bulk shipping and export logistics for custom clothing orders. Because corporate accounts often require delivery across multiple regional sites, we have designed flexible logistics agreements.

1. Split-Site Cargo Shipments

We support split-destination shipping. Purchasing teams can provide an Excel roster detailing branch addresses, and we will package, sort, and dispatch specific size batches to individual offices or stores. Additional shipping fees apply per destination.

2. Industrial Packing Standards

Every custom garment is steamed, folded, and individually wrapped in a protective, recyclable bio-polybag containing moisture-absorbing silica gels. Cartons are heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes sealed with moisture-resistant tape to prevent damage during transit.

3. Transit Timelines & Delivery

• Domestic Express Cargo: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
• International Air Freight: 5-8 business days (door-to-door or airport-to-airport agreements).
• Ocean Freight (Orders exceeding 5,000 units): 20-30 business days depending on destination port.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs clearances, entry taxes, and local importing duties are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly negotiated under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms beforehand.
