These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of bulk custom apparel products manufactured by 3Tshirts Custom Apparel Ltd. By approving digital mockups or submitting orders, clients accept these terms.

1. Bulk MOQ & Re-run Charges

We operate industrial screen printing stencils and computerized embroidery setups. Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ranges from 30 to 50 pieces per design. Sourcing additional small-run reprints later is subject to new design stencil fees, as setup lines cannot be preserved.

2. Visual Proofs & Mockup Approvals

We provide digital orthographic vector mockups for customer approval before printing or sewing begins. It is the client's responsibility to verify text spelling, logo colors, design dimensions, and placement measurements on the mockup. We are not liable for spelling errors or visual mismatches present on mockups that the client has approved.

3. Payment Terms & Production Hold

Standard B2B billing terms require a 50% advance deposit to trigger fabric cutting and pattern preparations. The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared prior to dispatch from our manufacturing facility. We do not dispatch cargo under unpaid invoices.

4. Fabric Dye Tolerances

Due to molecular differences during fabric dye lots, minor color variations (within a 5% delta) can occur between separate manufacturing batches. We try our best to match PMS codes using industrial spectrometer testing.
