Our Custom Apparel Manufacturing Workflow
We operate a vertical garment manufacturing system designed to eliminate middlemen. By managing procurement, patterns, sewing, decoration, and quality auditing under one facility, we guarantee delivery timelines and product consistency.
Vector Consultation & Sizing Review
We review your brand guidelines, corporate PMS color values, and vector files. Our sales engineers map your design requirements to the appropriate fabric composition (Cotton, Interlock, or Dry-Fit Mesh) and layout.
Orthographic Mockups & Blueprints
Our graphics division generates high-definition digital blueprints detailing physical placement margins, screen mesh options, embroidery stitch counts, and dimensional measurements for your approval.
Fabric Prototyping & Trim Validation
Before massive fabric cutting begins, we test dyes and fabrics. For qualifying enterprise orders, we manufacture a physical pre-production sample to confirm fit parameters and print elasticity under pressure.
Computerized Cutting & Production Run
Garment patterns are mapped electronically to maximize fabric yield. Automated knives cut panels with millimeter accuracy. Ribbed collars, sleeves, and pockets are sewn together on high-speed industrial flatlocks.
Strict 3-Tier Quality Control (QC)
Our QA managers inspect every piece at three intervals: after fabric assembly, after printing or embroidery decoration, and post-washing tests. We verify sewing tension, thread counts, and layout parameters.
Logistical Packing & Freight Dispatch
Custom garments are steamed, folded, and individually packed inside bio-polybags with silica gels. Boxed in heavy cartons, orders are dispatched through logistics lines to your head office or multiple regional hubs.
